(VSI) is a California based company formed for the primary purpose of providing affinity-based, customized Private Label Communication ("PLC") services to the members and customer base of large corporations, sports franchises, universities, entertainment entities, non-profit foundations and other large affinity organizations. VSI offers turnkey, full service, affinity-based Internet and communication solutions for a range of vertical markets, at a value and incentive driven low monthly price. VSI enables the world's most influential brands to create and develop their own private label communities and this allows the client to receive a substantial share of the recurring revenue generated through its various choices of PLC products and services.

VSI believes this business model enhances the ability of major organizations such as sport leagues and teams, media companies, online and retail businesses, non-profit foundations and others to create "sticky" online branded communities and interest groups. VSI allows partners to utilize generic, non-branded Internet products and turn them into a next generation marketing tool that allows a differential stance within an otherwise commoditized communications marketplace.
