VSI is an extremely fast growing company looking for very talented individuals in all areas of Web Application Development. Specifically we are looking for qualified individuals who have experience in programming (C#.NET), Client Server applications (VC++/C#.NET), Windows 2000 and Windows 2003 administration, and MSSQL Server 2000 administration / programming and project management. The work environment is extremely fast paced as we are developing applications to handle millions of users! Programs must be extremely optimized and 24/7 uptime is the bare minimum. Candidates must demonstrate a profound knowledge of their given programming or administration environment.

We are also looking to expand our talented technical support team. We are currently seeking both call center managers as well as technical support staff. Computer System Analyst

The candidate should have more than 5 years experience designing, developing and programming for functions such as E-Mail, webmail, dialer, dial-up accelerator, radius, commissioning and reporting. Expert knowledge of ASP.net, C#, T-SQL, and Source Safe is a key.

Software Engineer


  • Requirements : Bachelors Degree and 2 years of Experience
Responsible for the design and development of the software modules using C# on the Microsoft .net platform. Write database stored procedures and queries using SQL on SQL server 2000. Analyse users' data, general modes of operation, existing operation procedures, and problems and devise methods to meet the users' needs based upon knowledge of data processing techniques, management information and statistical, audit and control systems. Will provide software support to the clients, which includes testing, debugging and modifying software as per the needs of the client.

C++ Windows Developer

Successful candidate will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of the Company's clients  software products such as Dial-up application, Browser Toolbar and installation process.

Requirements:
  • Must have 1-2 yrs C++/VC++ development in Windows platform, Windows APIs, Windows SDK
  • At least 1 yr COM / ATL experience in COM / ATL & IP sockets programming supporting real-time delivery
  • 2+ yrs working with/developing XML, MSXML Parser, MSHTML, JavaScript, VBScript
  • Some experiences with InstallShield
  • Knowledge about .NET is a plus

Macintosh Developer & Programmer

Looking for highly skilled individuals with Macintosh platform experience and excellent programming skills.  Several company projects will require software development for Apple OSX.  May require porting from Windows to Macintosh.

Requirements:
  • Must have 1 to 2 years C++ /VC++ development experience on OSX

Position: Sr. Level Server Application Programmer

Projects include the following: programming and maintaining C# server applications such as mail server, messaging server, proxy server, etc.

  • 3+ years experience working with C# / C++ / C
  • MCSD/MCDBA Certification a big plus
  • Experience with .NET and C# required
  • BS in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
We require a high-level, experienced programmer for our server applications projects. The successful candidate will have experience in high availability, redundant, fail-over programming. Particular attention will be paid to the managing of system resources, allocation of memory, use of multithreading and thread spools, single pass text parsing and stream I/O manipulation. Experience with socket programming is a plus.

Position: Marketing Manager

We are looking for an independent, self-starter with a passion for marketing. The ideal candidate will be a very detail-oriented, creative thinker with the ability to multi-task in a very dynamic environment. The individual needs to show initiative and have excellent time management skills.

The marketing manager is responsible for both strategic and tactical marketing activities. Any candidate for this position will need to have proven experience in autonomously managing marketing campaigns including the following: annual marketing budget and strategic plan, events and trade shows, lead generation tracking and reporting, vendor relationships and campaign execution.

Position: Client Project Manager

VSI is looking for exceptional individuals to join our team. CPM's will team with Account Executives to help manage the transfer of knowledge and technology from VSI to key new clients and business partners. They will manage the critical "bridge period" which exists from the time VSI secures a new partnership, until the time that partnership is fully engaged and delivering the mutual benefits expected by VSI and the client. CPM's will be the catalyst who takes the new client from LOI to deployment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in networking, Internet, content delivery and proven track record in customer facing project management.

Primary Responsibility:

This position will be responsible for crafting and implementing the necessary project plans to meet client's business objectives within established timelines, while maximizing the revenue opportunities for VSI and customer satisfaction. The position will report to the Director of IT, but will consistently rely on strong interface to all other key VSI functions involved in the development, deployment and servicing of VSI solutions.

In short, this role is pivotal in translating early adopter partnerships into large revenue streams as a result of deploying and implementing our solution in the most optimum manner.

  • Lead project plan development and construction of a supporting project documents for every key partnership, which will allow VSI and the client to sign off on commitments and responsibilities that are deemed critical to the success of every project.
  • Develop and follow measurable standards and practices to make deployment and implementation essential elements in VSI's competitive differentiation.
  • Operate in close concert with Sales team to ensure all client interaction is well coordinated and professionally executed.

Position: Sr. Level Web Application Programmer

Position: E-Commerce Affiliate Manager

VSI is looking for an exceptional individual to join our team. The E-Commerce Affiliate Manager will team with the design and development staff to help manage VSI's affiliate relationships. They will work with our Merchants and Clients to create specialized promotions. They will plan, direct the development of and manage the database of individual products from our Merchants to enable searching and price comparisons. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in web site design and development, as well as knowledge and experience working with Merchant and their affiliate programs.
